Justin shared a heartfelt video on his Instagram Stories, capturing a tender moment between him and Chris as they embraced. Beneath the touching footage, Justin wrote, “Love you, bro.” He then appealed to his fans, asking for their prayers and support for Chris’s family during this difficult time. Stay strong. Justin Bieber Pays Tribute to Liam Payne After One Direction Singer’s Death
Justin Bieber shared his support for fans mourning the loss of One Direction’s Liam Payne who died on Oct. 16, following a fall from a hotel balcony in Argentina.
The “Sorry” singer took to Instagram on Oct. 21 to repost a fan-made video remembering the One Direction singer, who died on Oct. 16, following a fall from a hotel balcony in Argentina. He was 31.
Alongside the video of fans mourning the “Night Changes” singer at a memorial, Justin added a broken heart emoji.
In the emotional video, a voiceover reassures fans that it’s okay to mourn someone’s passing.
“Just remember you are allowed to grieve as a fan,” the voiceover said over clips of fans lighting candles, and standing in front of photos of Liam at the memorial. “To love someone, you’ve never met. You are allowed to admire someone for their work, you are allowed to cry, to break, to feel like a part of you is gone. Because even if they never knew your name, they changed your world.”
In the days following his death, Liam has been remembered by a host of famous friends, his family and his former One Direction bandmates Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan.
At the end of her note, Nicola made a promise to make sure Liam’s legacy lives on for his and Cheryl Cole’s 7-year-old son Bear.

“We will make sure Bear knows about his daddy and how much you loved him,” she concluded. “We promise this.”
At the time of his death, Liam was vacationing in Argentina with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy. The couple’s trip was originally planned for five days but got extended for two weeks. Kate went home to Florida on Oct. 12.
According to a press release from the Argentina National Prosecutor’s Office, investigators believe that “due to the position in which the body was left,” the singer, per the release, “did not adopt a reflexive posture to protect himself and that he could have fallen in a state of semi or total unconsciousness.”
